This is a picture of me and my son, who is fourteen years old, taken on Saturday at one of his three basketball games. I posted it to instagram. One of my friends left a comment stating that she thought I was sitting down.
No. I was not sitting. I was very much standing. My son is just turning out to be freakishly tall. At least for our family of Very Short Mexican People.
It’s kind of blowing my mind.
He will fit in perfectly in the NBA. 🙂
My son who is 11 is now taller than me!!! I feel your pain 🙂 (Coming from the shortest member of a TALL Mexican family though, I really feel it)
